We had the privilege of working on the art direction and packaging design for Death by Xoko, a premium Peruvian chocolate brand that aims to bring the rich flavours of Peru to chocolate lovers around the world.

Our journey began by understanding the heritage and rich cultural background of Peruvian chocolate. We drew inspiration from the traditional Inca patterns and the vibrant colours of the Peruvian landscapes to capture the essence of Death by Xoko.

We positioned Death by Xoko as a luxury chocolate brand with a unique cultural flavour. By emphasising exceptional quality and exotic ingredients such as quinoa and Peruvian coffee, our strategy aims to make Death by Xoko a must-have for gourmet chocolate lovers.

Our creative team developed an eye-catching visual identity that combines tradition and modern design. The packaging features a bold, colourful design inspired by Incan art paired with modern typography. The result is a captivating and unique look that stands out on the shelves.

Each bar is packaged in bright colours with whimsical illustrations and cultural references, making the product not only a treat for the palate but also a visual delight.

To build a loyal customer base, we have incorporated stories into the packaging design that tell of the rich history and cultural significance of Peruvian chocolate. This connection to the origins of the product fosters a deeper appreciation and connection to the brand.
